Our Beginning
When Don Blakely was asked to leave one of his Company’s highest performing branches to manage a different location, little did he know he was walking into a hornet’s nest of challenges. Not only was Don in a city he was unfamiliar with, but 60% of the staff had resigned, sales were rapidly decreasing, and he inherited an irate customer base; frustrated with depleted service levels. Don quickly assembled a team of eager, but very inexperienced Customer Service Representatives. In order to expedite his new team’s progress, Don developed an extremely powerful training program that focused on exceeding customer expectations, consistent service, and shared values.
